In season I, we accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.
In case of a reservation for only one night additional charge is 30% of the amount of the night’s stay.
Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (until 5 p.m.) is posssible only upon prior agreement. Additional charge is 50% of the amount of the night’s stay.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
In case of extreme weather conditions (frost, downpour, strong wind etc.) the use of the hot tub is not possible.
The price list is valid from November 26, 2024.

We reserve the right to change prices according to season and demand.
Cancelation Policy
- cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees charged;
- cancellation 13–7 days before arrival: 30 % of the reservation value is charged;
- cancellation 6–2 days before arrival: 50 % of the reservation value is charged
- cancellation 1–0 days before arrival: 100 % of the reservation value is charged
- if the guest does not show up in the accommodation, 100 % of the amount of the reservation is charged.
